The Waiting Room
I chose this name for my blog because I visit waiting rooms at least once a week. I live with migraine, TMJ disorder, fibromyalgia, and interstitial cystitis. I like my reading activities to help out new authors. I belong to Netgalley.com, a site where readers can ask to read and review advance reader copies of books before they are published.
I am a graduate of Kent State University, Kent, Ohio. I received my bachelor of arts (1994) and master of arts (1998) in English Literature and Language. I completed the master of arts in teaching program at Kent State University, specializing in English 7-12 (1998).
I’ve worked as an English instructor and as a public affairs specialist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio. I live in Huber Heights with my husband Dave and Chihuahua-mix Skylar
